by the time they break apart, tighnari's pulse has quickened and his breath is rapid, his face flushed warm, his fingertips tingling. his mouth drops, dragging along aki's jawline, his hands smoothing over the frets of his ribs, counting them with his thumbs. tighnari is trying not to think about all of the implications of the tightness in his chest, but he can't help it, his thoughts are stuck on it, he can barely breathe for the intensity of it. drawing back, tighnari looks down into aki's face, his lips wet and parted, his cheeks flushed a soft pink, his eyes hazy, the darkness of his pupil eclipsing heterochromatic irises. ]
